The rules forusing selvé.

These Terms govern your use of selve.pk and any orders you place through it. By using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email with an order number. Until then, no contract exists. We may cancel any order before dispatch in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stockout; refunds are issued in full immediately.

Cash on Delivery is accepted nationwide. Card and wallet payments are accepted where available at checkout.

We ship across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping and returns pages for details.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace or refund within 14 days.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on opened skincare. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery (return shipping at customer cost unless the order was wrong on our side).

Discount codes are issued at our discretion. Each code may have its own minimum order, expiry date, usage cap, and first-purchase-only restriction. We may refuse to honour codes that have been used fraudulently or shared outside their intended channel.

Store credit earned through referrals or admin grants is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and expires after 12 months of inactivity unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately at selve.selfcare@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, attempts to defraud the discount or referral system, or uses the site for any unlawful purpose.

If you are accepted into the selvé partner program, your participation is governed by these Terms plus a separate agreement issued at the time of onboarding. Commission rates, payout schedules, and code restrictions are set per partner and visible on your dashboard.

We may revoke a partner code at any time for misuse, including but not limited to: posting it on coupon aggregator sites, undisclosed paid promotion, false health claims about our products, or any reputational risk to the brand.

selvé products are cosmetics, not medicines. Information on this site is for general guidance and is not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescription medication, consult a qualified dermatologist before changing your routine.

Patch-test any new product on a small area of skin for 48 hours before applying broadly.

All site content — text, images, logos, and brand marks — is owned by selvé or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or republish without written permission.

We are responsible for the products we sell and for the service we operate. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is capped at the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
