How we deliver.

Across Pakistan, every city and town reachable by our courier partners.

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 1–3 working days.
• All other cities: 3–5 working days.

Orders placed before noon ship the same working day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next working day.

A flat shipping fee is added at checkout and shown before you confirm the order. Orders above a threshold ship free — the threshold is displayed in your cart.

The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

Available on every order, nationwide. The courier collects payment in cash when they hand you the parcel.

A COD service charge may apply; it is shown at checkout.

You receive an email the moment your order ships, containing your tracking number and the courier's portal link. The same details are visible in your account under Orders.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled — but it can be returned under the returns policy.

To cancel, reply to your order-confirmation email with the word “cancel”. We'll confirm within one working day.

Address changes are accepted until dispatch. After that, the courier delivers to the address printed on the airway bill — we cannot redirect a parcel in transit.

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wrong-address re-dispatch is at customer cost.
