When does selvé launch?
We launch in 2026. Join the waitlist to be the first to know.
Where do you ship?
Across Pakistan. Cash on Delivery is accepted nationwide. International shipping is on the roadmap.
How quickly do orders ship?
Within 1–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days depending on city.
What is your return policy?
If a product is faulty, broken in transit, or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you in full within 14 days of delivery. We don't accept returns on opened skincare for hygiene reasons — read the product page carefully before ordering.
Can I use selvé alongside my current routine?
Yes. Each formulation does one job. Layer the routine your skin needs and ignore the rest. The product pages list how to use, when to use, and what to expect.
Are your formulations safe in pregnancy?
Most are. Salicylic acid and retinol in our roadmap should be paused during pregnancy and breastfeeding. PHA toner, barrier cleanser, gel moisturizer, lip mask and cleansing oil are all pregnancy-safe.
Are selvé products tested on animals?
Never. Cruelty-free by formulation and by manufacturing partner.

Do you offer professional samples or wholesale?
Not yet. Both are on the roadmap once production is consistent.
